Phones with the most RAM

RAM is the working memory a phone uses to keep apps ready in the background. More of it means fewer apps reloading when you switch between them, and more headroom for on-device AI features. This ranking sorts phones by the largest memory configuration their sheet lists; where several options exist, the top option counts.

Right now the top position goes to ZTE nubia Z70 Ultra with 24 GB. 25 devices ranked

What to keep in mind

Apple does not always print the RAM figure in its launch material, and several phones that do not state it are therefore absent. Memory also behaves differently across iOS and Android, so an 8 GB iPhone and an 8 GB Android phone are not directly equivalent.

Beyond roughly 12 GB the real-world gain for most people is small. If a phone with more memory costs much more, check whether the rest of the spec sheet justifies the difference.

How the ranking works

Largest RAM configuration stated in the spec sheet (GB). The list sorts devices by a single criterion: Largest RAM configuration stated in the spec sheet (GB). Every value is parsed from the manufacturer-sourced specification stored on each device page.

Frequently asked questions

How is “Phones with the most RAM” calculated?

The list sorts devices by a single criterion: Largest RAM configuration stated in the spec sheet (GB). Every value is parsed from the manufacturer-sourced specification stored on each device page.

Are these independent test results?

No. PhonesVS does not run its own lab measurements in these lists. The order reflects published spec-sheet figures and says nothing about real-world behaviour, build quality or software.

Why is a device I am looking for missing?

A device appears only if its spec sheet states the figure being ranked. Models that leave it out, or that are not yet in the catalogue, are not listed.

How often is the list updated?

Rankings are computed live from the catalogue, so a new device or a corrected spec changes the order the next time the page is built.
