Phones and tablets with the highest refresh rate
A higher refresh rate redraws the screen more often per second, which makes scrolling, swiping and animation look smoother. This ranking sorts the phones and tablets in the catalogue by the highest refresh rate their spec sheet states. Many models now use adaptive panels that drop to 1 or 10 Hz to save power; the figure shown here is always the ceiling.
Right now the top position goes to ZTE REDMAGIC 10 Pro with 960 Hz. 25 devices ranked

What to keep in mind
Peak refresh rate says nothing about brightness, colour accuracy or touch response, so two devices tied at 120 Hz can still feel quite different. Where the sheet gives a range such as 1–120 Hz we show the top value only.
Devices whose official sheet leaves the refresh rate unstated are not ranked. Several Apple models describe “ProMotion” without a number; if the figure appears on the model’s own page, it is counted.
How the ranking works
Maximum refresh rate stated for the display (Hz). The list sorts devices by a single criterion: Maximum refresh rate stated for the display (Hz). Every value is parsed from the manufacturer-sourced specification stored on each device page.
Frequently asked questions
How is “Phones and tablets with the highest refresh rate” calculated?
The list sorts devices by a single criterion: Maximum refresh rate stated for the display (Hz). Every value is parsed from the manufacturer-sourced specification stored on each device page.
Are these independent test results?
No. PhonesVS does not run its own lab measurements in these lists. The order reflects published spec-sheet figures and says nothing about real-world behaviour, build quality or software.
Why is a device I am looking for missing?
A device appears only if its spec sheet states the figure being ranked. Models that leave it out, or that are not yet in the catalogue, are not listed.
How often is the list updated?
Rankings are computed live from the catalogue, so a new device or a corrected spec changes the order the next time the page is built.
